Arsenal Ready To Accept Cut-Price Deal For Cesc Fabregas

Reports have surfaced that Arsenal are reluctantly ready to accept less than their own valuation from Barcelona for Cesc Fabregas.

The Gunners demanded a £40 million fee for the club captain but with the European champions unwilling to improve significantly on their initial £27m offer, and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitting the player was unsettled, it now appears as if the club will have to broker a cut-price deal to move on.

The package is reported to include a downpayment of £27m, with an additional £5.2m in performance-based add-ons at a later stage.

There are also suggestions Fabregas is prepared to wave the £4m compensation he would be entitled to for the remainder of his long-term Arsenal contract, as technically the player never asked for a transfer.

Magazinele au scos la interval colecţiile noi, de primăvară-vară 2011. Culori calde, materiale înflorate, modele de ultimă oră şi… preţuri de-ţi taie respiraţia. E drept că obrazul subţire cu cheltuială se ţine, dar este oare drept ca românii să plătească mai mult pentru acelaşi produs doar pentru că-l cumpără din România şi nu din Spania, Marea Britanie, Bulgaria sau Statele Unite ale Americii?

Am făcut un tur virtual al magazinelor de firmă şi am constatat că aceeaşi pereche de sandale Zara costă la noi în ţară 359 de lei, iar în Marea Britanie 59,99 lire sterline, adică echivalentul a 293 lei, în Spania 59,95 euro, adică 252 lei, şi în Statele Unite ale Americii 99,9 dolari, adică 304 lei. La fel se întâmplă şi cu alte produse. Un tricou pe care îl cumpărăm din România cu 59 lei costă în Spania 9,95 euro, adică 41 lei. Cum se face că românii plătesc mai mult pentru acelaşi produs decât alţi clienţi din Europa şi chiar din Statele Unite ale Americii?

Apetenţa românilor pentru brand

Unul din motive ar putea fi costul transportului, dar este puţin probabil ca din Spania până în România transportul mărfurilor să coste mai mult decât până în Marea Britanie sau Statele Unite ale Americii. Apoi ar fi costul chiriei. Dar, la fel, nu se pot compara chiriile din mall-urile româneşti cu cele din Londra sau New York sau Madrid.

Însă este posibil ca strategia marilor branduri să aibă în vedere şi apetenţa românilor pentru tot ceea ce este de firmă. Faptul că românii au descoperit relativ recent branduri renumite şi le-au transformat în magazinele lor favorite de shopping este, probabil, speculat de managerii acestora. Prima lege a marketingului este aceea că cererea dictează preţurile, aşa că dacă un operator economic ştie că ar putea cere 100% mai mult pe un produs cu siguranţă o va face. De altfel, se pare că aceeaşi strategie se aplică şi în Rusia, unde preţurile sunt chiar mai mari decât la noi în ţară. Dar, este de înţeles, în Rusia sunt cei mai mulţi milionari în euro decât oriunde în lume.

In concluzie, noi cumparam mai scump decat in orice alt loc de pe pamant fiindca suntem o natie de IDIOTI cu o gandire superficiala care suntem in stare sa dam oricat pe o bucata de panza pe care scrie frumos “V..ace”, si nu conteaza daca nu avem ce baga in gura, important este ca suntem imbracati de firma…

Association football, commonly known as football or soccer, is a sport played between two teams of eleven players with a spherical ball. It is the world's most popular sport.

Since 1993, two World Cup titles, four Copa America victories, and three Confederation’s Cup trophies are among the list of what Brazil has won over the past 17 years.

Current coach, Mano Menezes has essentially taken a different path than what ex coach Dunga had done with the Seleção. While Dunga relied on many veterans and fielded an older, counter-attacking team, Menezes has been putting together sides that have many players in their early 20s, some even in their teens. Recent lineups have included Ramires, Nilmar, Robinho and Dani Alves as “veterans.” The rest of the team include players that Menezes has coached from prior stints at Gremio and Corinthians and several other young rising stars that may not be ready for the Copa America relative to other players, but will have significant experience by the time the 2014 World Cup arrives.

Nowhere to be found, players like Maicon, Julio Cesar, Luis Fabiano, Lucio and Juan have yet to receive a call-up by the new head coach. But not Ronaldinho. Many view this as a probable going-away game for the 30-year old. Or perhaps it was a business decision to help get more TV rights and help boost attendance for this rivalry. The call-up of Ronaldinho is definitely inconsistent with the several other veterans that have been excluded in recent memory, but it will be nostalgic to see him don the yellow shirt once again.

From the perspective of many though, it is time to move on from Ronaldinho and let players like Coutinho, Hernanes, and Ganso run the midfield. Of these three, only Coutinho has been called up for this game. The rest of the midfield is comprised of several midfielders under 25 years old such as Lucas, Sandro, Ramires, Elias and Jucilei. Lucas and Ramires will start as the holding midfielders with Coutinho and Ronaldinho as the attacking midfielders.

In the defense, there are no major surprises, the newest addition to the squad is Manchester United’s Rafael. The starting backline will most likely be Dani Alves and Andre Santos on the flanks with David Luiz and Thiago Silva in the middle.

At the front of the attack, the forwards include Robinho, André and Neymar. Before his recent injury, Alexandre Pato was the most in-form striker at the National Team. Unfortunately a recent hamstring injury will prevent Pato from playing this week. Most likely, Robinho and Neymar will start up front.

The last trophy Argentina has won was the 1993 Copa America (Olympics do not count). Over the years, one could make the argument Argentina puts together one of the most entertaining sides to watch – unfortunately most entertaining does not always mean title-winning

With the upcoming Copa America in their backyard next summer, there is no margin for error, so Argentina will look to bring experienced players who have been around the block.

Sergio Batista has been put in charge after Maradona era. Despite the fact that Argentina has been known as a football factory for young talent, there are hardly any new faces on the team. Players like Burdisso, Heinze, Demichelis, Cambiasso, both Milito brothers and even legendary Javier Zanetti have been called up by Batista since the World Cup. All these players are either in their early 30′s or late 20′s and have begun to show that time is catching up to them. Zanetti is currently 37 and still is the best option Argentina has at the RB/LB position.

For the match against Brazil, do not be suprised to see Zanetti and Heinze as the fullbacks with Demichelis and possibly Burdisso anchoring the middle of the defense. , Walter Samuel recently went down for the rest of the season due to a serious knee injury. In his place, 22 year old Nicolás Otamendi was called up to replace him, but he has yet to make an impact with his new club, FC Porto.

In the midfield, there are no big surprises as we will see once again players like Mario Bolatti, Javier Mascherano, Andrés D’Alessandro, Ángel di Maria, Ever Banega and Javier Pastore. If Batista plays Pastore along with playmaker Banega and the ball-winning Mascherano, Argentina may have found the long term solution to the midfield problem that has existed since Juan Roman Riquelme left the international scene. Others players in the midfield include Jose Sosa, Lucas Biglia and Nicolás Gaitán. Do not expect to see too much from these three.

Fernando Alonso who is currently leading the pack at the top is on 246 points, he won four races this year at Bahrain, Singapore, Italy and Singapore. A win or 2nd place would be enough for Spaniard. If Webber wins he must come 2nd while in case If Vettel wins fifth will be enough.

Mark Webber is currently second with 238 points and he will have to win the race and hope that Alonso finsih Lower than 2nd in the race, or putting it simply Webber must beat Alonso by nine points or eight if he wins race. Webber won 4 races this season Spain, Monaco, Great Britain and Hungary. Sebastian Vettel is on 3rd in the list and he won four races this season as well Malaysia, Europe, Japan and Braziling Grand Prix. Last But not the least we have a brit Driver Lewis hamilton who is third at the moment with 222 point and although highly unlikely but still have a chance to win the race.

Predictions: Fernando Alonso said in the recent interview that he is 100% sure that he will win the Drivers Championsip, but I am not sure about that as behind him are two team mates webber and Vettel who will have somthing to say about that as both are in with a shot to win the Drivers Championsip. Duminica asta am decis sa fac plaja in Eforie Nord, auzisem de la niste cunoscuti ca acolo nisipul e mai bun, nu e plin de scoici ca in Mamaia si alte statiuni, apa e relativ curata, nu pute a alge deci e relativ bine acolo. Ajungem pe plaja, lucrurile par bune si frumoase, vreme buna, nisip bun, apa curata, curatenie, liniste (nu era muzica data la maxim sa ne sparga timpanele. Intindem cerceafurile si ne tolanim la soare. Nu trece mult timp si vine o persoana care ne roaga pe un ton rastit sa ne luam catrafusele si sa plecam de acolo in cazul in care nu vrem sa inchiriem unul dintre sezlongurile puse la dispozitie de ei, ca plaja e sub contract de concesiune si asa e regula. Am incercat sa ii explic pe un ton extrem de frumos ca stiu din surse sigure ca plaja este publica, si chiar daca au un contract de concesiune cu Apele Romane, acel contract il obliga pe el sa printre multe alte conditii sa lase liber nisipul si pentru turistii care nu doresc sa inchirieze acele sezlonguri sau nu doresc sa beneficieze de vreun serviciu pus la dispozitie de firma lor. Bineinteles ca nu ajungem la nici un rezultat, nici el nu vrea sa cedeze, nici eu nu vreau sa plec… asa ca ma duc intins la una din cosmeliile construite de ei pe plaja sa vorbesc cu patroana. O gasesc labartata pe una din mesele din cosmelie, fata ei, tipic unei femei trecute de 45 ani, imbogatita peste noapte, cu veleitati recent descoperite de manager, intr-un cuvant proasta ca noaptea. Ii explic si ei ca stiu perfect ce contract are cu Apele Romane, respectiv Ministerul Mediului, ca asta e meseria mea sa cunosc la perfectie diverse lucruri si sa le inteleg pe deplin, i-am spus ca stiu si cum se numeste firma care a concesionat plaja, respectiv Romned Port Operator, firma a carei atitudine nesimtita fata de turisti sau autoritati a fost dovedita in nenumarate alte sute de cazuri. I-am explicat ca nu vreau sa inchiriez sezlonguri fiindca arata intr-un mod execrabil, cu saltelele imbacsite si pline de negreala, numai bune de luat vreo boala de piele, si ca vreau sa stau pe nisip, ca deia am venit la plaja, sa simt nisipul fierbinte sub cur. Ea, bineinteles ca o tinea pe a ei, ca ea dat milioane pe plaja si nu permite nimanui sa nu plateasca cei 20 Ron pentru un sezlong etc etc etc, si ca sa ma duc pe alta plaja daca nu vreau sa cumpar sezlonguri de la ea. Cum din cele peste 300 de sezlonguri nu erau ocupate decat vreu 20-25 i-am explicat dobitoacei ca daca ar lasa un pret de, sa zicem 5 ron, cu siguranta ar scoate mult mai mult, inzecit, decat scoate acum de pe cele 20-25 ocupate, bineinteles ca “managerul de plaja” nu intelege aceasta conditie simpla a economiei de pasa, ca ea face afaceri “made in Romania” gen imbogatire peste noapte in orice conditii sau situatii. Ce sa mai zicem ca nu elibera nimanui bonul fiscal pentru sezlonguri sau pentru bauturile de la bar…. tipic romanesc, jecmaneala cu orice pret si pentru oricine. Si ne mai miram ca Boc plange dupa bani la buget, pai daca ar incepe de aici stoparea evaziunii… Cum mie nu imi place sa fiu conditionat sau abuzat in vreun fel de catre nimeni, cu atat mai putin de aceasta proasta a satului, mi-am vazut de ale mele, respectiv de facut plaja, facut baie in mare etc, totul sub privirile pline de frustrare si ura a hipopotamului vorbitor de pe plaja din Eforie Nord.

What's The Deal: Prince of Persia is A) based on a video game and B) produced by blockbuster impresario Jerry Bruckheimer, so it's more concerned with flash and high adventure than with presenting any semblance of realism. Again, it's based on a video game. A video game about a hero whose main defining characteristic is that he can jump real good. Mike Newell, a Harry Potter franchise veteran, steps up to the challenge of turning those humble origins into a blockbuster and delivers a rollicking, epic-scale franchise-starter that's equal parts intrigue, action and Gyllenhaal, with a dash of feisty romantic banter thrown in for good measure. Jake Gyllenhaal, Action Hero (*Swoon*): Gyllenhaal carries the film with a roguish charm and physicality we haven't quite seen from him before, in the kind of romantic hero role that solidifies his swoon-worthy status. He parkours through crowded marketplaces, runs up walls, leaps from rooftops, and swings his lithe body through tiny openings -- and sometimes you can tell it's really him doing the stunts! The Cool Action Stuff: Newell blends CG effects and practical stunts as Gyllenhaal climbs a castle wall at night with the help of long-range archers who shoot a trail of makeshift arrow carabiners just inches above his head, and then dives headfirst off a tower and MacGuyvers a pot of boiling oil to block an oncoming horde of soldiers. Later, Dastan discovers the power of the Dagger of Time as he relives the same scene multiple times to avoid being killed by an enraged Tamina.

The Slightly Silly Stuff: The sinister mystical snake-loving assassins who jump out of the clouds and shoot metal spikes. Or, as I call them, Desert Ninjas. Also, Sir Ben Kingsley's evil eye makeup. Never trust a man in eyeliner!

Fish are the world's oldest vertebrates, with the first fish appearing some 500 million years ago. Today more than 24,000 species populate the waters of the world.

Mola fish
Sunfish, or mola, develop their truncated, bullet-like shape because the back fin which they are born with simply never grows. Instead, it folds into itself as the enormous creature matures, creating a rounded rudder called a clavus. Mola in Latin means "millstone" and describes the ocean sunfish’s somewhat circular shape. They are a silvery color and have a rough skin texture.

Stingrays

Stingrays are commonly found in the shallow coastal waters of temperate seas. They spend the majority of their time inactive, partially buried in sand, often moving only with the sway of the tide. The stingray's spine, or barb, can be ominously fashioned with serrated edges and a sharp point. The underside may produce venom, which can be fatal to humans, and which can remain deadly even after the stingray's death.

Great white shark

Great white sharks, like this one, use an uncanny sense of smell combined with a unique sensory system that detects bioelectric impulses in the water to find vulnerable prey up to miles away.

Goldfish

The goldfish, Carassius auratus, was one of the earliest fish to be domesticated, and is still one of the most commonly kept aquarium fish and water garden fish. A relatively small member of the carp family, the goldfish is a domesticated version of a dark-gray/brown carp native to East Asia. It was first domesticated in China and introduced to Europe in the late 17th century.

St. Sofia Cathedral is the world famous historical and architectural monument of the first half of the 11th century. The name of the cathedral comes from Greek word "sofia", which means "wisdom".

Moldovita Convent, Romania
The first monastery erected on the site was the one built by Alexander the Kind-Hearted (1400-1432), between 1402 and 1410, but it collapsed at the beginning of the 16th century because of the very heavy rains and ground sliding; its ruins can still be seen today.

Varanasi (Ganges river)
Varanasi in India is not a temple, but ais ctually a famous Hindu holy city, located at the banks of the Ganges River. The Temple of Heaven is a Taoist temple in Beijing, the capital of China. The temple was constructed in 14th century by Emperor Yongle of the Ming Dynasty (who also built the Forbidden City) as his personal temple, where he would pray for good harvest and to atone for the sins of his people.

Tiger’s Nest Monastery
Tiger’s Nest Monastery, perched precariously on the edge of a 3,000-feet-high cliff in Paro Valley, is one of the holiest places in Bhutan. Legend has it that Guru Rinpoche , the second Buddha, flew onto the cliff on the back of a tigress, and then meditated in a cave which now exists within the monastery walls.

Prambanan
Prambanan is a Hindu temple in Central Java, Indonesia. The temple was built in 850 CE, and is composed of 8 main shrines and 250 surrounding smaller ones.

Angkor Wat
Angkor Wat was built in the early 12th century in what is now Cambodia. The world famous temple was first a Hindu one, dedicated to Vishnu. In the 14th or 15th century, as Buddhism swept across Asia, it became a Buddhist temple.

Shwedagon Pagoda
No one knows exactly when the Shwedagon Paya (or Pagoda) in Myanmar was built - legend has it that it is 2,500 years old though archaeologists estimate that it was built between the 6th and 10th century.

Or Erechtheum is an ancient Greek temple on the north side of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. It is notable for a design that is both elegant and unusual.The temple as seen today was built between 421 BC and 407 BC.

Parthenon
Replacing an older temple destroyed by the Persians, the Parthenon was constructed at the initiative of Pericles, the leading Athenian politician of the 5th century BC. It was built under the general supervision of the sculptor Phidias, who also had charge of the sculptural decoration. The architects were Iktinos and Kallikrates.Construction began in 447 BC and the building was substantially completed by 438 BC, but work on the decorations continued until at least 433 BC.

The leafy sea dragon is a rather unique species of seahorse. This fish has evolved an elaborate system of camouflage by growing leafy extensions on its body that resemble seaweed.
